Hadji Kwame Ahmed

Founder & Lead Facilitator

Hadji kwame Ahmed is a pan African multiple award winning youth, social and community development advocate, a child protection thinker, serial entrepreneur, career mentorship coach and a culinary expert with an experience of over 15 years. he founded an advocacy network called Agents of change Africa to help address the challenges of SDG 1(no poverty) SDG4 (quality education )and recently SDG8 (decent work & economic growth ) in low income and vulnerable communities across africa, believing that poverty can be defeated through quality education which will help in achieving Decent work and economic growth amongst the youths and he is also a Director at an excellent catering and event management company based in Lagos Nigeria called Kwame's Kitchen. with a projection of helping at 150,000 youths in Africa by 2025, the project, He started an Education scholarship Scheme project which has helped sent over 390 street children from low income and vulnerable communities to school called Street2School, he has also distributed school materials like schoolbags, shoes, uniforms and writting materials like exercise books, pen and pencil with exercise books to over 1000 children. During this period of the Coronavirus pandemic outbreak, Him and his team initiated a massive Sensitization/awareness Campaign in low income and vulnerable Communities across Lagos to educate them on the precautionary measures against the spread of the Virus and also initiated a Food bank program called Relief/No hungry Project which has gone on to feed over 2700 families and over 4000 individuals and we collaborated with Obinna patrick and Olamide Baddo to reach out to another 2,500 families in Bariga axis of Lagos. He also launched another feeding program which is to run for 4 weeks called operation Feed the 5000 where already prepared meals are shared at strategic locations across the state to ease the excruciating effect of the lock down due to the pandemic outbreak. In line with our SSEE project(Sanitize,sensitize,empower and engage)initiative was launched which has gone on to also start a scholarship sheme, organized impactful Sensitation/communication campaigns on drug abuse, Mental health, unplanned parenthood and urban literacy, free ICT training for youths in low income and vulnerable communities in Africa themed (Digitalise the Ghetto) we also have organized vocational training with internship opportunities providaed on more than 4 occasion and also we are preparing to set up an ICT hub in slums to help youths in vulnerable and low income communities tap into the stream of opportunities embedded in information technology. believing that if you don't teacher them, don't blame them. we all are the change we crave. Hadji Kwame Ahmed and his team is set out to work in Nigeria, Benin Republic, Togo, Ghana and Kenya. He is also a member of the international youth society, UN youth assembly and Global peace Ambassador amongst many. the change we crave starts with you and i.

Judy Kuguru


Judy Kuguru is versatile expert in matters of public policy after years of hands on experience in the Events, Entertainment, Film & TV, Automotive, Government and Social Justice fields in Kenya and the United States. Judy has a passion for working with people to help create new opportunities. She currently works as a Case Manager/Transitions Navigator. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, an AAAS degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing and is set to join a degree transfer program in International relations and World Languages. Judy is also finishing her mediation certification. She recently started a Diversity Inclusion, Equity and Community Company called UNDEREPRESENTED which launches in January 2020, A mother of two girls, Judy believes in equality and equity for all but is clear to note that diversity, inclusion and community must first play their role in the equation. She is a founding member and facilitator for Agents of Change Africa

Oluwaseun Olayiwola


Oluwaseun Olayiwola has over seven years' worth of experience ranging from research analytics to project development, marketing and consulting services. He possesses a growing experience in government consulting, project development/management, branding and image improvement and market analysis having worked with a team that has managed several high-profile sport celebrities including the likes of John Obi-Mikel and FIFA world best player turned Liberian president, George Manneh Weah. Oluwaseun also has a passion for biomolecular research and nature in its pure essence giving his academic background. His adeptness is supported with a Master's degree in Parasitology and Bioinformatics from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor's degree. in Zoology from the same university. He is a passionate advocate for issues ranging from health, education, technology, environment to climate change and a founding member and facilitator for Agents of Change Africa. He indulges in reading, jogging, photography in his leisure time.

Ayo Agunbiade


Ayo Agunbiade is a law student at the National Open University and has a diploma in Mass Communication from the Lagos State Polytechnic. Ayo has always had a keen interest in legal issues and even as a law student has had considerable experience working with law firms. He has served diligently for a couple of years in the litigation department of Uwensuyi-Edosomwan & Co, under the principal partnership of Chief Charles Esosomwan (SAN) working with a team that specialized in the area of Oil & Gas Law, Election Petition Matters, Probate and Divorce Matters, and General litigation. He has also worked with the firm, AAA Chambers. Apart from his growing versatility and experience in the legal field, Ayo is also a gospel artiste and received the award of the Most Outstanding Gospel Artiste of the year in his community, Orile-lganmu. His strong vocals have enabled him to share the stage with popular Nigerian gospel artistes including Evangelists Tope Alabi and Bola Are to mention a few. As a youth development advocate, Ayo involves himself in initiatives focusing on youth development in his community.

Idris Hamed


Idris Hamed Olalekan is a seasoned fashion entrepreneur, creative/business manager, a youth and social advocate. With a Bachelor’s degree in History and Mass Communications respectively, Idris is the CEO of Stressors Clothing Company specializing in tailoring men's wears and fashion consulting. He is also the top executive of Drish Media and Management, a company that handles creatives, event and talent management. Idris is passionate about giving business advice and strategies to start-ups across the country. A founding member and facilitator for Agents of Change Africa.

Salawudeen Sheriff


Salawudeen Sheriff Ayinde is a young multi-talented and skilled entrepreneur. He is the founder of Satos Creation which deals in Architecture, Photography and Graphic Design situated in Nigeria. He has worked with several NGOs including Agent of Change Africa, Orile Iganmu Progressive Association and also a Co-founder of Skillsnaw. Salawudeen possesses a growing experience in Arts & Crafts including fashion and interior designing. He is a founding member and facilitator for Agents of Change Africa.

Adeola Adeniji


Adeola Adeniji-olasiyan has over 15 years of experience in the Accounting field. She currently works as a Senior Accountant at Continental tires in Illinois, Chicago, USA. Adeola is a mother of four and happily married. She was born in St.louis missouri but grew up in Lagos Nigeria. At the age of 15, she relocated back to America to pursue her education. She visited Nigeria often before moving back to Lagos in year 2014. During her stay in Nigeria, she did not like the state of the country. She felt compassion for the poor and wanted to help the Less Privilege. She started a modeling company in 2015 called Capridelly modeling to educate the youths and help with evolving their talents. Every year, she supports charity organizations espedally orphanage homes, including feeding the needy on a year basis. Her passion is to become a humanitarian full time and give back to others and help educate the youths.

Adebisi Adeniji


Adebisi Adeniji Nelson has over 10 years of experience in Medical Auditing and Provider education. She currently works as a Medical Auditor and Compliance Specialist at Blue Cross Blue Shield, one of the largest Insurance companies in Chicago, Illinois. A mother of three and happily married, Adebisi was born in St. Louis, Missouri but grew up in Lagos. She moved back when she was 14 to further her education and has since then visited Nigeria as often as every 2 years. Every year she supports charity organizations especially orphanage homes, including Feeding the Needy once every year, volunteering at Help Feed Hungry Children in Illinois about twice a year. She provides food to the less privileged to break their fasts during Ramadan every year. Her passion is to become a humanitarian full time and give back to others and also help educate both the youths and adults.

Oloye Sunday


Oloye Sunday Babatunde is a seasoned researcher and Humanitarian service provider with the agent of change Africa. He is a graduate of Biochemistry from Babcock University for his bachelor's degree program. He has another bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Northwest University, South Africa. Currently undergoing his Master Degree program from University of Johannesburg and also working as student assistant and Tutor. Babatunde is passionate about Humanity and always ready to provide better life for people around him. Every year he supports charity organizations especially orphanage homes, including feeding the needy once every year, volunteering with the agent of change on some special programmes and also partner with other volunteering groups. Passion is to become an humanitarian full time and give back to others and help educate both the youths and Adults.

Owolabi Obatola


Owolabi Obatola, is a youth and community development advocate, lead volunteer for several humanitarian initiatives and a founding member of Agents of change Africa. He was born and raised in Orile-lganmu, Lagos state but resides in United States, Dallas Texas to be precise. Owolabi presently works as a problem solver with Amazon in one of her Fulfilment Centers and is vastly experienced in detailed inventory management system. He is always willing to give back to the community he grew up and touch other lives outside of his community, most especially the youths. "The resurrection of our great country lies in the hands of our youth" is one of his favorite mantras on national development.

Bello Nurudeen


Bello Nurudeen is a young and ambitious graphics designer. He operates under his creative brand, ISOTOPY WORLD OF CREATIVITY. Nurudeen is an avid youth development advocate and has volunteered in several campaigns targeting the youth including those against Drug Abuse and provision of free ICT training. He is a founding member and facil itator for Agents of Change Africa.
